Exam Form Image Compressor
Enter the width, height, and maximum KB printed on your exam or application form. The tool makes a JPG at those exact pixel dimensions and tries to keep it below the size limit.
This tool runs in your browser. Selected files are not sent to our server.
How to use it
- Read the required pixels and KB limit on your form, then choose an image.
- Enter width, height, maximum KB, and how the image should fit.
- Create the JPG and check dimensions, size, and face clarity.
What to know
This tool cannot confirm that a form will accept the image. Very low KB targets can blur faces or text. Some photos cannot meet exact dimensions and a low limit together; the tool reports that instead of claiming success. Default values are examples. Input limit: 20 MB and 20 megapixels. Output limit: 12 megapixels and 4096 pixels per side.
Frequently asked questions
Why could the JPG not be created?
Your target KB may be too small at the required dimensions. Use a higher limit if the form allows it or choose a clearer source image.
Does 300×300 work for every form?
No. Enter the dimensions printed on your particular exam form.
Is my image uploaded?
No. It is processed in your browser.
